Overview

Join UK Connect as a Field Services Technician, where your technical expertise and customer-first mindset will play a vital role in delivering critical connectivity and IoT solutions to leading UK organisations. Based remotely in the East Midlands, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining advanced technologies at customer sites.

 This role is ideal for a self-motivated and skilled technician who thrives in a field-based environment and takes pride in delivering high standards of work independently. If you have experience working with networks, routers, or IoT solutions—and perhaps have worked with providers like BT, Sky, or Virgin Media—you’ll feel right at home. 
We’re looking for someone with a strong understanding of connectivity fundamentals, a CSCS card, and a full UK driving licence.
