Overview

  Join UK Connect as a 1st Line Support Analyst, bringing at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. As a vital part of the Service Desk team, comprised of IT Specialists, you'll provide customer-facing support, play a key role in incident resolution, and contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience.
